[aur-general] Haddock
I am the maintainer of the haddock package on aur. I was planning to update it in some time... by then I got a message from arch-haskell requesting a change in maintainership. Should I orphan it so that you can take over it?
If you can't maintain/update it you should drop it, to other maintainer that want to maintain/update it for you. arch-haskell maintain many haskell package, sure you can trust in drop it. On Sun, Jul 27, 2008 at 8:20 AM, Ashok Gautham <scriptdevil@gmail.com> wrote:

You can't be obligate by anyone. Try to keep your package in-date, and don't worry if a TU want it: he has the right permission to take the ownership (maybe with a 'thanks for your work' in the comment field ).

That would be one good approach. You can orphan it, have arch-haskell pick it up, and help with the arch-haskell packages in general, if you wish. Drop by #arch-haskell on freenode and we can work something out. -- Don
