Before you delete it: The repo I used to get the sources (https://github.com/joukewitteveen/netcfg) doesn't exist anymore. Did this move somewhere else? Did somebody else take over the development?

In case there's no git repo anymore, please delete this package, if there is one, would be nice to tell me, then I'll change the PKGBUILD. Right now I really don't know who maintains netcfg...
