If this is the intended behavior, I would expect that resetting out of date flags on updates is the most reasonable thing to do. Auto unflagging might make a handy feature.

Does this happen also when using aurup? Sometimes I think so. The message is (unflagged out of date) (added to notify list) And it seems that the comment I give with the aurup command does not find its way to the AUR. Stefan
