It might be best to merge the votes and notifications, so if possible please merge pyasn1[1] into python2-pyasn1[4]. Also merge pysnmp[2] and pysnmp-devel[3] into python2-pysnmp[5]. If the comments can be left out, then please do as they don't really pertain to these new packages.
