[aur-requests] Issue with new package

I searched the AUR for the existance of the package Veles ( https://codisec.com/veles/) nothing showed up so I wrote a PKGBUILD for it. Please ignore this request as there are more changes to the PKGBUILD than the depends. I would like to make a counter-request to delete Alad's ability for filing ridiculous deletion requests.
