been flagged out-of-date since. I maintain fcct-bin package and have
already contacted the maintainer, I'm willing to take ownership of
this package and maintain it too.

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for memoir-git [2]:
Although it should be working as it isn't overly complex, the upstream
repo got archived. Why this deletion request? In my opinion it is from
the category "hardly useful". Didn't use it myself and I doubt there
are active users left.
