MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for htop-temperature-git [2]:
Orphaned VCS package, last updated in 2018.
Contains a small patch on top of the then-current
version if htop (upstream version available in [extra]).
The patch has not been kept up-to-date so it is incompatible with the
current git version of the code.
Also the git repository has moved to a different URL.
Anyway, now this package is obsolete. Arch has [extra] htop;
AUR has htop-git package so there is no need for this one.

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for downgrader-git [2]:
I think this legacy VCS package is not needed.
Code development halted in 2017; also no alive forks exist.
Its corresponding non-VCS package has already been deleted:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/downgrader/
This application should not be confused with AUR/downgrade:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/downgrade
That is a completely different code (downgrader is C,
downgrade is shell script based).
The 'downgrade' project is alive and well, so that package
should be kept.
In contrast, this downgrader-git should be deleted because
it is defunct and not useful to have a package for it.
I wouldn't think it can be stable and safe, given that it
uses pacman which has seen API changes and at least one
major version bump (from v5 to v6) during the past 5 years.
Nothing depends on this package and last user comments are from
2018, so it seems safe to delete.

danhab99 [1] filed an orphan request for ledcapture-git [2]:
Hello, I am the original author. This package was submitted to AUR by
a redditor who I have since lost contact with. I'd like to release a
new version so I'd like this entry transfered to me please. Please
contact me with any further questions/conserns.

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for nmclient [2]:
Orphaned package, last updated in 2018.
Novell Messenger 3.0 was released in 2015 and its EOL was in 2018.
Package source and upstream URL on Novell's server is not
responding, or responding with a 'temporary downtime',
which indicates these server resources were just abandoned.
Novell (via its parent company) was bought by Micro Focus
during 2014-2015, but seems they don't really microfocus
on Novell assets.
The Novell branded products were discontinued. Successor
enterprise communication platform is GroupWise 18.
This package therefore seems unneded. Its last maintainer
also commented a year ago that they don't use it so that's
why they orphaned it.
Safe to delete; no impact.

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gvt-git [2]:
I suggest that this discontinued Go dependency manager
VCS package be deleted.
Development stopped in 2018 in favor of the official
Go module support. This tool was only an experimental
project anyway.
GitHub repo got archived (made read-only).
Nothing in AUR depends on it and not needed
by developers. Go mod covers all its functionality.

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qemu-git-60fps [2]:
Abandoned VCS package with a wrong name suffix.
Slightly modified QEMU build compared to Arch version.
Build broken since its upload in Aug 2021 but maintainer
did not respond and never pushed a fix.
So it seems the package is not needed.
Safe to delete, nothing depends specifically on this one.

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for shmupmametgm-git [2]:
This is a now deprecated VCS package for a customized
MAME emulator fork. Code development discontinued in 2020.
Its GitHub repo is inactivated (archived), so it's read-only
and even the issue tracker is frozen in time.
There are no continuation forks available.
Safe to delete. Nothing requires this package.
