trilader [1] filed a deletion request for usbreset [2]: The usbreset utility (originally provided in a post on the linux-usb mailing list) has since then been adopted by/included in usbutils and is shipped in Arch since usbutils version 015-3 (available in core since 2023-06-01). The version in usbutils actually has more functionality than this version, therefore this version isn't needed anymore.
