Was submitted in 2022-05, at a time when repo's sip 6.6.x was having a lot of regressions, with which the Arch devs were struggling, trying everything they can to solve those. But it seem the current sip 6.7+ line in repo is very stable and reliable. There is nothing in AUR that explicitly needs SIP 6.5, and SIP 6.7+ should be adequate now.
