Last binary build is still availabe in ROS Melodic repo, but that distribution is EOL since 2023-06, so it is frozen in time. This still uses the Python2 based deprecated epydoc, which is broken due to its failing python2-docutils. Better to delete this, to let those defunct tools also get retired.
