The last comment is also from 2021. Unnecessarily depends on the badly configured python-watchdog-git from 2015, which I've submitted for deletion today. (PRQ#49505) I recommend to delete this as well. Repo has python-watchdog, and AUR has an up-to-date stable maestral package.
