[PRQ#37988] Deletion Request for utilyre-herbe-git

Lancia [1] filed a deletion request for utilyre-herbe-git [2]: reasons for deletion: 1- The upstream URL (https://github.com/utilyre/herbe.git) no longer exists 2- The software itself is a patched version of the original software (https://github.com/dudik/herbe) I intend to upload an AUR package for the original software.
