[PRQ#49372] Deletion Request for kf5-git-meta

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kf5-git-meta [2]: Most KDE Frameworks git repo master/main branches are using Qt6 and they are now on KF6 major version as opposed to KF5.
