[PRQ#61221] Deletion Request for godot-mono-bin-enhanced

HurricanePootis [1] filed a deletion request for godot-mono-bin- enhanced [2]: godot-mono-bin-enhnaced was created due to a subpar godot-mono-bin. However, I am now co-maintainer of godot-mono-bin, and this package is no longer needed.
