[PRQ#43571] Deletion Request for vmdebootstrap

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for vmdebootstrap [2]: This Python2 based debootstrap wrapper is deprecated since 2018 even on Debian. [a] Original author wrote in 2018 that there are better alternatives like vmdb2 and debos and FAI (Fully Automatic Installation). Upstream URL is gone as well. Better to delete this package.
