[PRQ#42020] Deletion Request for wxbase2.8

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wxbase2.8 [2]: Orphan package, last updated in 2015. VCS build but name does not have -git suffix. Cannot be built because it wants to make wxwidgets 2.8 but current master branch is past v3.2. Nothing depends on it, has only one vote, and last comment is from 2015. I recommend deletion.
