[PRQ#42485] Deletion Request for fnotify

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for fnotify [2]: Package was uploaded in 2016 and has remained broken since, never updated (noted 4 years later in a single comment). Homepage and sources are down (different websites and sources use a non-standard port). I seriously doubt this is needed.
