The package was adopted and updated, but this pkgbase should still be deleted. Because the pypy-lxml pkgbase now only builds a pypy3-lxml package. Though not highly likely, there still might be a chance that someone would like to maintain a pypy (Python2) based lxml, as pypy for Python2 code is not EOL. This pkgbase just blocks the possibility of someone uploading a pypy-lxml pgkbase+pkgname.
