[PRQ#42857] Deletion Request for mutate

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for mutate [2]: This program is abandoned on aurweb and upstream since years. Comments on the aurweb page state that this segfaults because of issues with a changed gtk2 API. Looking at the upstream repo (which is dead since 2015) there are more and more issues regarding compilation issues. Not only GTK2 related but also with boost.
