[PRQ#62296] Deletion Request for qtperf-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qtperf-git [2]: Unused, abandoned minimal Qt5 toolkit performance testing app pkg from 2016. Upstream not maintained since 12 years ago (2012). [a] Qt5 is EOL since May 2023. I don't think it's useful to keep this package.
