[PRQ#42930] Deletion Request for python2-django-auth-ldap

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-django-auth-ldap [2]: Broken Py2 lib, only needed by the broken webvirtmgr from 2018. Safe to delete, as both are missing several key python2 based dependencies.
