[aur-requests] [PRQ#30937] Merge Request for steamtools-git

ZhangHua [1] filed a request to merge steamtools-git [2] into steam++-git [3]: Package name SteamTools is deprecated by upstream and they want to use Steam++ as their new name. So I was advised to also change this package's name.
