[PRQ#45481] Deletion Request for fastvideods-encoder

bemxio [1] filed a deletion request for fastvideods-encoder [2]: I wasn't aware of the inner working of patch files, that's why I created a fork instead. I want to re-do the package but by using the original repository as the source and use patch files to correctly make it work.
