[PRQ#43737] Deletion Request for python-pihole5-list-tool

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pihole5-list-tool [2]: Broken orphan pkg from 2021. Needs a different Py dependency than it currently defines (inquirerpy instead of pyinquirer). But seems there's no interest in maintaining it on AUR. Can be installed from other sources like PyPI.
