[PRQ#75091] Deletion Request for gnvim

weberja [1] filed a deletion request for gnvim [2]: This package can not be build, as the test fails by mutiple users. If searched for this error this package is referenced. Therefor i would propose that this package is faulty. I did not find an option to propose a flag like broken, as this would be more fitting.
