[PRQ#43820] Deletion Request for openbox_eui

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openbox_eui [2]: Abandoned duplicate from 2016 of repo 'openbox'. Unknown what the "eui" name part was supposed to mean. I flagged it OOD a year ago; also gave feedback about packaging mistakes, and asked for clarification about the "eui" designation. Got no response whatsoever. Better to delete this.
