[PRQ#51792] Deletion Request for python-asgiref_patch

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-asgiref_patch [2]: Unneeded old duplicate of extra repo's python-asgiref. It was originally made to accommodate AUR/funkwhale, but that is no longer maintained and got superseded by AUR/funkwhale-venv. See merge request PRQ#51786 (from funkwhale to funkwhale-venv).
