[PRQ#39198] Orphan Request for zfs-utils

kode54 [1] filed an orphan request for zfs-utils [2]: I have been running an up-to-date local copy of this package ever since I switched to the 6.1 kernel, and would be willing to at least co-maintain this package in the absence of the current owner and maintainer.
