[PRQ#49629] Deletion Request for pngzop

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pngzop [2]: This experimental addon to the pngcrush PNG compression optimizer tool has been abandoned by upstream since 2013, and it didn't get incorporated into the main pngcrush executable, which has seen continued development. I recommend deletion. It is not something that is needed by AUR users. Repo carries the main pngcrush optimizer.
