[PRQ#60985] Orphan Request for ungoogled-chromium

JstKddng [1] filed an orphan request for ungoogled-chromium [2]: I'm one of the ungoogled-chromium-archlinux developers and I'd like to be made maintainer since the current maintainer (seppia) has been MIA since 2023 and I'd like to add co-maintainers to this package in the long run.
