[PRQ#51713] Deletion Request for python2-psutil

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-psutil [2]: Safe to delete this unneeded legacy Python2 module, after dropping its last, long-defunct consumer, firefox-nightly-hg (PRQ#51709).
