[PRQ#46392] Deletion Request for nightscape

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for nightscape [2]: Orphan Perl6 app from 2017. Bogus VCS package in disguise. Nothing depends on it. Also its upstream has been renamed to tantum.
