Hello Ameer,

It sounds reasonable. However a better way may be using a custom repo I guess.

I'll close the deletion request for now but please consider the options above if possible.
Also I've created https://github.com/end-4/dots-hyprland/issues/1082

Subject: Re: [PRQ#69246] Deletion Request for illogical-impulse-python

Hi there,

I use blendOS, which is a declarative version of Arch. This means I can't just locally install metapackages like those with pacman, which meant in order to use the end-4 dotfiles with hyprland on blendOS, I had to put it on the AUR. I'm cool with letting either of you decide, but that's the reason I did it.

This package is originally from https://github.com/end-4/dots-
hyprland/tree/main/arch-packages and is only for using locally for
dots-hyprland. As one of the maintainer of dots-hyprland, I hope this
package could be removed from AUR to avoid confusion. Or even if it
should be online, please let we (me or end-4) decide.

Same for all other "illogical-impulse-*" AUR packages.

(Note: illogical-impulse is the code name of the actively maintained
version of dots-hyprland.)
