Hey Fabio, thanks for taking this. There was some ongoing effort last August to consolidate this package with a similarly named one. That package was broken at the time and I was unclear on the path forward, but perhaps you can look at their requests for revised python bindings and provide a configurable solution for all users. This would avoid there needing to be separate packages for different use cases, on different versions etc.
