[PRQ#65490] Deletion Request for pam-ssh-add

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pam-ssh-add [2]: Unmaintained, outdated package from 2023, without an OOD flag. (Last updated: 2023-11-14). Conflicts with Arch/extra/cockpit [a] without declaring it. The latter package already carries the same .SO library as this one. Upstream has 31 newer releases tags as of now (latest is 328) compared to this package version (304). [b] The repo package is up-to-date at this point.
