[PRQ#52425] Deletion Request for monodevelop-versioncontrol-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for monodevelop-versioncontrol- bin [2]: Unneeded addon for the dead monodevelop-bin from 2019. The latter has been revived as the actively developed fork called dotdevelop (there's a git package for it on AUR).
