[PRQ#46231] Deletion Request for taskcoach

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for taskcoach [2]: Broken Python2 based application, last updated in 2019. It has been broken for several different reasons during the last 2.5 years. But it seems there is no user demand for this tool: last comment is from 2021-04, about the inability to install it. So I recommend deletion at this point.
