[PRQ#43125] Deletion Request for python-pythonz

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pythonz [2]: This "Python installation manager" was last released in 2016. [a] It only supports explicit versions that are added to a 'versions.py'. [b] As of that latest version, it only supports installing CPython 2.4 through 3.5.2, PyPy 1.8 through 5.3.1, PyPy3 2.3.1 & 2.4.0, and some other old interpreter variants.
