I recommend to delete this badly configured, unmaintained VCS package from 2015. Chiefly because it has received exactly zero user or maintainer attention during the last 8 years apart from mine - and I don't use it, I was just looking for abandoned packages.
It's enough to keep extra repo's stable python-watchdog.
