[PRQ#62816] Deletion Request for moltengamepad-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for moltengamepad-git [2]: Build broken in clean chroot, both with gcc 13 & 14. The package has received a non-fixing commit today. Upstream is abandoned for 4 years [a] Both 'master' and 'devel' branches are on the exact same commit as the last stable release tag. There's an up-to-date non-VCS package for the same code on AUR. [b] The latter has just been adopted by same two maintainers. I think it's enough to keep and fix that build, if possible.
