[PRQ#45910] Deletion Request for tde-tqt3

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for tde-tqt3 [2]: Orphan package submitted in 2016 and never updated; one-time effort. It is Trinity Desktop's continuation fork of Qt3, and the package erroneously states it provides Qt3, but it is incompatible. Dependents of Qt3 cannot be built and used with this; see last comment from 2019 on AUR/icewm-utils page. [a] In fact none of the AUR consumers of Qt3 require this Trinity fork. So it's best to delete this unneeded, defunct package.
