[PRQ#73545] Orphan Request for git-remote-codecommit

jtuzp [1] filed an orphan request for git-remote-codecommit [2]: Hi Vlad, I noticed that the package `git-remote-codecommit` has been out of date since 2022-08-30. If you're no longer interested, I'd be happy to adopt and maintain it until the end of life of AWS codecommit or my company complete the git migration to another platform, unfortunately we are still depending on HTTPS (GRC) to work with codecommit repositories.
