[aur-requests] [PRQ#11198] Orphan Request for libvpx-git

dbermond [1] filed a orphan request for libvpx-git [2]: Maintainer seems missed. Does not answer messages. Package is broken and needs maintenance. Currently it fails to build because the '--enable-spatial-svc' configure option is no longer available. I can take care of this package.
