[PRQ#46374] Deletion Request for perl6-redis-async

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl6-redis-async [2]: Orphan, defunct Perl6 module from 2018; not developed upstream since 2017. [a] Its only AUR consumer is in a similar state, also discontinued since 2018 and is unbuildable due to other downstream failures. Submitted for deletion (PRQ#46370). Moreover, this relied on a custom wrapper for hiredis, called eredis (eredis-git on AUR); that is also discontinued and is not compatible anymore with the current hiredis version in repo.
