[aur-requests] [PRQ#7939] Orphan Request for psad

lifehome [1] filed a orphan request for psad [2]: The package is outdated for years, like from 2015 it already cannot be built, plus the package itself building from an outdated source, and the owner of package is not taking care on this package.
