[PRQ#47608] Deletion Request for openmp-nvptx

danielotero [1] filed a deletion request for openmp-nvptx [2]: The reason this package was created on the first place was to enable the offloading of code execution on NVIDIA hardware. This is now enabled by default in the `extra/openmp` package, which makes this one completely unnecessary.
