[PRQ#49554] Deletion Request for geany-snippets

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for geany-snippets [2]: Abandoned addon pkg for Geany from 2015; sources are very outdated, may not even work with current Geany, and one of the snippet sources was hosted on Dropbox that is now unavailable (404).
