[PRQ#51432] Deletion Request for perl6-json-path

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl6-json-path [2]: Not worth keeping this package from 2017. Also Perl6 is now Raku, so all modules need to be created with the 'raku-' prefix.
