[PRQ#40083] Merge Request for opensnitch-ebpf-module-stable

nns [1] filed a request to merge opensnitch-ebpf-module-stable [2] into opensnitch-ebpf-module [3]: Since the old package got deleted, I resubmitted it. Merging to get rid of "-stable", effectively renaming the package. Git histories of the old package and this package are merged.
