[PRQ#75673] Orphan Request for ast-grep-bin

barrow [1] filed an orphan request for ast-grep-bin [2]: I've commented on the package asking for it to be updated without response. My email to the maintainer bounced back, but I also reached out to the contributors, no response. If I can be added as a contributor I can update it.
